At Northern Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer concierge team with your order number to begin the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit; items must be in new, unassembled condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience, while smaller decor items can be dropped off using a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
